Matthew Segal is the co-founder of ATTN:. Since launching ATTN: in the fall of 2014, he has built the company's content operation into an award-winning, global media brand reaching more than 500 million video viewers per month. Segal has also been instrumental in spearheading the company's partnerships with Apple, ABC News, Facebook and HBO to launch premium video in a variety of original formats.
Segal is a seasoned interviewer and has sat down for exclusives with a wide range of political and cultural leaders including Vice President Joe Biden, Secretary of State John Kerry, House Leader Nancy Pelosi as well as music legends Bono, Keith Richards, and Patti Smith.
Previously, Matthew was the co-founder and president of OurTime.org, one of the nation’s largest non-profit organizations committed to increasing voter participation among young Americans.
Matthew is also a regular TV commentator who has contributed to MSNBC, The Today Show, as well as Real Time with Bill Maher; most recently, he became an ABC News correspondent. He has also hosted a radio show on SiriusXM. In 2017, The Hollywood Reporter named Matthew one of the entertainment industry's top 35 execs 35 and under.
Segal was born and raised in Chicago and graduated from Kenyon College in Ohio.
