Rob Lee

Rob Lee is currently a senior agent at United Talent Agency specializing in unscripted television. Prior to that Lee was the President of Non-Scripted Programming at Keshet Studios U.S. (Homeland, Rising Star, Boom), a division of Keshet International (KI). In this capacity, Lee oversaw the company’s non-scripted and alternative programming development, production, packaging, promotion and sales activities in the U.S. Lee was also responsible for creating original formats and programs in the U.S. in addition to working with formats coming from KI’s hubs around the world and, in particular, from Keshet’s home-base in Israel where it operates the country’s largest television network, Keshet Broadcasting. Lee also launched Keshet’s premium documentary arm attracting world class filmmakers and talent.

Lee has produced over 500 hours of non-scripted and scripted programming, including such hit series as Millionaire Matchmaker, Randy Jackson Presents: America’s Best Dance Crew, Blowout and Motown Live, among many others through his Bayonne Entertainment and Elephant Walk production banners. As a media executive, Lee served as Executive Vice President and Worldwide Head of Programming at IMG Global Media, as well as a senior consultant to such entities as Germany’s Pro Sieben Television Network, CORE Media Group, Zodiak Media and UPtv Network, among others. Prior to producing, Lee served as Senior Vice President of Film and Television at William Morris Agency, and before that, Executive Vice President and Head of Worldwide Television at TRIAD Artists.

After graduating Harvard College in 1978 (magna cum laude) and Georgetown University Law Center in 1982, Mr. Lee practiced Entertainment Law for the Manatt, Phelps, Phillips law firm (1982-1985)
