Tori Socha is currently Vice President, Original Programming for Paramount Network. Since joining then-Spike in 2013, Socha has served as Executive in Charge of current series such as Ink Master and Bar Rescue, developed hit spinoffs Ink Master: Redemption and Ink Angels and recently oversaw the return of Wife Swap for the network. Prior to joining Viacom, Socha served as Director of Alternative Programming at Syfy where she developed original series Ghost Mine and Heroes of Cosplay and served as Manager of Development at TLC. Socha started her career at William Morris Agency and CBS, and served as Coordinating Producer at Discovery Studios.
