Erica Diaz-Gant is the Senior Director of Development for Investigation Discovery, America’s most-watched true crime network. Based in the NY office, Erica is responsible for developing gripping true crime content to feed a pipeline of more than 650 original hours created each year, most notably the newly-announced series In Pursuit with John Walsh. Prior to joining Discovery in July 2017, Diaz-Gant was the executive in charge of the longest-running crime series on the Oxygen Network, Snapped, and developed and produced their second longest-running crime series, Killer Couples. During her tenure at NBC Universal, she developed original content including She Made Me Do It, #KillerPost, and the Snapped: Notorious franchise
