Richard specializes in the international media and entertainment sector and has advised scripted and unscripted content creators and distributors in traditional and new media, as well as Drama and Film Executive Producers.
Richard’s high profile deals include the sale of Litton Entertainment (producer of Litton's Weekend Adventure)to Hearst, the sale of Renegade (producer of Naked and Afraid) to eOne, the sale of Pilgrim Studios (producer of Ultimate Fighter) to Lionsgate (producer of Hunger Games) and the sale of Orion Entertainment (producer of Building Alaska) to Red Arrow Entertainment Group.
Richard is a qualified Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland and is FINRA and FCA registered.
