David Schiff serves as GSN's senior vice president of programming and development, overseeing all original production and development for the network. Since joining the network, Schiff has lead GSN's effort to expand its core female viewership across a wide variety of genres and competition formats. 

Schiff helped develop and launch GSN's newest hits Window Warriors hosted by Garcelle Beauvais. Window Warriors joins Skin Wars, hosted by Rebecca Romijn (which set rating records for the network), Skin Wars: Fresh Paint hosted by RuPaul Charles, Winsanity hoted by Donald Faison and Idiotest hosted by Ben Gleib and going into its 4^th season as other original programming on the network.  Other GSN credits under Schiff’s tenure include Steampunk’d, Chain Reaction, Pyramid, The American Bible Challenge hosted by Jeff Foxworthy, The Chase, It Takes a Church, Minute To Win It, Mind Of A Man, Baggage, and Drew Carey’s Improvaganza.  

Prior to GSN, Schiff served as the VP of Development at A. Smith & Co. (Hell's Kitchen, Jesse Ventura's Conspiracy Theory).  He was also the Head of Production and Development at World of Wonder Productions (Rupaul's Drag Race, Million Dollar Listing).
