Jennifer Gordon joined TLC in October 2014 and currently serves as Vice President of Development.  In her role, Gordon creates and conceptualizes series, specials and programming initiatives for the network. She has brought in a variety of new series to the network, including hit shows OutDaughtered, Family By The Ton, Lost In Transition, and upcoming shows Mama Medium, Four Weddings, I Want That Wedding! and The Waldrop Family (w/t).  Prior to her current position, Gordon was on the development team at Oprah Winfrey Network for more than four years, where she developed shows such as Flex & Shanice, Love in the City, 7 Little Johnstons, Houston Beauty and Blackboard Wars.  She also worked at the Walt Disney Company in Home Entertainment, at Disney Channel in Development and Programming and began her career at The Gotham Group. Gordon graduated from Brown University with a double major in Public and Private Sector Organizations and Modern American History.
