Amy Introcaso-Davis joined GSN in November 2011 as EVP, Programming & Development, and is responsible for developing and acquiring programming designed to grow GSN's core audience of adult females. During Amy’s tenure, GSN launched the two biggest hits in its 18-year history, Skin Wars and The American Bible Challenge and earned two nominations in the Outstanding Game Show category for The Chase as well as The American Bible Challenge which marked the first time GSN had been nominated for a Daytime Emmy® Award in the programming category.

Prior to joining GSN, she spent three and a half years as SVP of Original Programming & Development with NBCUniversal’s Oxygen Media, where she oversaw development and production of the critically acclaimed summer hit, The Glee Project. She also oversaw production of the highly successful series, Tori and Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood; Oxygen's highest rated freshman series ever, Hair Battle Spectacular; and ratings leader Bad Girls Club.

Prior to Oxygen, Introcaso-Davis served as SVP of Development & Production for Bravo, where she developed and executive produced the ground-breaking series, Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, for which she won an Emmy® Award, as well as the two-time Emmy® Award-winning series, Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List and the Emmy Award-winning Cirque du Soleil: Fire Within. She was also responsible for the development of the Real Housewives franchise; long-running hits The Millionaire Matchmaker and Flipping Out; and fan favorites Celebrity Poker Showdown and Showbiz Moms and Dads.

Previously, Introcaso-Davis served as VP for Series at Lifetime, and held a primetime development and casting role at FOX. She began her career in casting at Playwrights Horizons in New York, where she cast the Pulitzer Prize-winning play, Driving Miss Daisy.
