Howard Lee is the Executive Vice President, Development & Production for TLC and General Manager of Discovery Life. In 2015, President Nancy Daniels expanded Lee’s role to General Manager of Discovery Life and to oversee TLC’s entire production and development programming slate in the U.S. He is the No. 2 creative executive under Daniels. Lee joined TLC in 2008 and helped strengthen its success launching 90 DAY FIANCE, CAKE BOSS, LONG ISLAND MEDIUM, MY BIG FAT FABULOUS LIFE and SISTER WIVES. Lee also executive produced THE LITTLE COUPLE and TODDLERS & TIARAS and the final season of JON & KATE PLUS EIGHT, which shattered cable ratings records. Last year, he oversaw over 300 hours of original series and programming. Previously, Lee served as Vice President, Development and Production for Planet Green and Travel Channel. Lee received his Bachelor’s of Fine Arts from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.
