Speaker Rhett Bachner
Rhett Bachner is a founding partner of B17 Entertainment, a part of Sony Pictures Television, where he serves as Co-President and Executive Producer alongside Brien Meagher. Since the launch of B17, Bachner has helped create and executive produced over 500 hours of programming across multiple platforms including Netflix, HBO, Discovery, ABC, Universal, and Disney among others. Recent credits include the Emmy-nominated Book of Queer for Discovery +, The Final Straw for ABC, Craftopia and Baketopia for HBO Max, The History of Swear Words with Nic Cage for Netflix, and Thanks A Million with Jennifer Lopez, now in its third season on Roku. Prior to B17, which Bachner and Meagher formed after collaborating on three seasons of the Emmy-nominated Shark Tank for ABC, Bachner served as Executive Producer on Real Deal for History Channel, Supermarket Superstar for Lifetime, and was the Co-Creator/Executive Producer of Man Caves on DIY and The Henry Rollins Show on IFC, both under his previous production shingle.
