Lance Klein is the co-head of the Non-Scripted Television Department and a Partner at WME, where he focuses on network reality, cable, syndication and the international TV marketplace.  Klein brokered record-breaking deals for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) at Fox.  He has packaged numerous series, including “The Millionaire Matchmaker” at Bravo, “The Moment of Truth” at FBC, “Randy Jackson Presents: America’s Best Dance Crew” at MTV, “Shaq VS” at ABC, “#RichKids of Beverly Hills” at E!, “Boom!” at Fox, “Project Greenlight” at HBO, “Saturday Night Takeaway” at NBC, “Who Do You Think You Are?” at NBC and TLC, “Car Chasers at CNBC, “Bar Jacked” at TruTV, “Street Outlaws,” “Misfit Garage” and “Fast N Loud” at Discovery, “Sweetie Pies” and “Raising Whitley” at OWN, “Basketball Wives,” “Basketball Wives LA” and “Hollywood Execs” at VH1, “World’s Strictest Parents” and “Swamp Pawn” at CMT, “Wicked Tuna” at Nat Geo, “Supernanny” at Lifetime.  In addition, Klein renegotiated deals for the “American Music Awards” at ABC, “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve” at ABC and the “Golden Globes” at NBC. Klein also packaged “The Hollywood Film Awards” at CBS, “The People Magazine Awards” at NBC and “The Critic’s Choice Awards at A&E.

Klein also represents major production companies ITV, Shed, Pilgrim Studios, GRB Entertainment, Asylum, and non-scripted personalities, The Kardashians, Shaquille O’Neal, Tony Hawk, Emeril Lagasse, Regis Philbin and Steve Harvey among others. Klein also represents Mark Wahlberg, Pete Berg, , Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, Robert Redford, Rihanna, LeBron James, Russell Brand, Steven Spielberg/Dreamworks, Mike Myers, and LL Cool J for their non-scripted TV projects.

Prior to joining the Endeavor Agency as an agent in 2002, Klein served as an agent in the television packaging department of International Creative Management.

Klein graduated from Emerson College in 1992 with a degree in Mass Communications.  He lives with his wife and two kids in Los Angeles, CA.
