David Gross is the Vice President of Development for Oxygen Media and is responsible for developing a selection of the network’s original programming. Gross reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Development for Oxygen Media, Cori Abraham.

Gross joined Oxygen in May of 2011 and has been an integral part of the development team, which helped drive Oxygen to a 50 percent increase in original programming in 2012.  He has developed original programming for the “Live Out Loud” brand, including reality competition series and docu-series such as My Shopping Addiction, Tanisha Gets Married Find Me My Man, and  My Big Fat Revenge.

Prior to Oxygen, Gross was the Senior Vice President of Development at Tijuana Entertainment where he oversaw reality projects for the CW, A&E, Animal Planet, among other networks. Before joining Tijuana Entertainment, he was Vice President of Reality Programming at Lifetime Television where he supervised the development and production of series such as DietTribe and On the Road With Austin & Santino. Earlier in his career, Gross was the Director of Series Development and Original Programming at MTV where he led development on such hits as A Shot At Love with Tila Tequila, Parental Control, Next and From G's To Gents.

At NBCUniversal, Gross is an active member of the Unidos Affinity Group and participates in the “Diversity in Unscripted” events.  Outside the company, Gross appeared as a speaker at the 2013 Real Screen Summit, and currently seeks additional speaking opportunities. 

Gross graduated fromBostonUniversitywith a Bachelor of Science in Film and Television.  He currently lives inLos Angeleswith his wife and daughter.
