As Senior Vice President, Original Programming and Series Development for E!, Dogan oversees the development of programs, collaborates with the outside creative community and forges key relationships within the entertainment industry on behalf of the network.  Dogan has led the development for some of E!'s most popular reality series, including Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kourtney & Kim Take New York, Khloé & Lamar, Married To Rock, The Spin Crowd, Scouted, Playing With Fire, and the recently announced Total Divas and Love & Other Contact Sports: Eric & Jessie.  She also oversees all E! Live From The Red Carpet events.
