Gabriela has over 14 years of experience in entertainment development and programming. At BMP Latin, she's developing projects starring Paulina Rubio and Daddy Yankee. Recently, she created/executive produced a documentary series starring international superstar, Juanes. Her experience includes marketing strategy at EMI Latin America, programming/talent development for MTV Networks Latin America and Director of Programming for Latin/International Markets at Universal Music Group. Billboard named Gabriela as one of the 30 under 30 Top Executives in 2007. She also served on the board of Directors for Los Angeles Women In Music.

Gabriela is Dominican and lives in Los Angeles.
