Tim Healy is Vice President of Development and Programming for HISTORY, a position he assumed in February 2012. Tim serves as the executive producer of hit series American Pickers and American Restoration. He is spearheading a number of new series scheduled to premiere later in 2013. Additionally, he is developing a slate of scripted and unscripted programming for the network. Prior to HISTORY, Healy served as the Vice President of Production for MTV where he was a key member of the programming and development team. During his extensive tenure with the company he developed and executive produced a wide variety of series including Total Request Live, Human Giant, The Andy Milonakis Show, Pranked and the scripted horror-comedy Death Valley. At MTV, he also was involved in the production and development of a number of highly successful specials including Steve-O: Demise and Rise, the Emmy nominated Legally Blonde On Broadway, The Jackass 24 Hour Takeover and many of the network’s live New Year’s Eve events. Healy is a graduate of Villanova University.
