Since launching eOne's U.S. Reality division in 2012, Tara Long has rapidly expanded the division’s scope, having developed and produced an impressive slate of programs, which include, but not limited to, Growing Up Hip Hop now in season 3 on WeTV, which has now franchised out to Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta. The slate further includes Mary Mary, entering an impressive season 6 on WeTV, Death Row Chronicles (BET), LA Burning The Riots 25yrs Later (A&E/HIS), Nellyville (BET), The Mann’s (TV One), Hollywood Puppet Sh!t Show (Fuse), Fameless (Tru TV), Shore Flip (FYI) and the list goes on. 

In addition to these productions, Long has 20 other projects in various stages of network development. 

Tara has expanded eOne's unscripted division with partnerships, first looks and Pod deals with – Purveyors of POP, Creature Films, Two Fifteen West, Keller/Noll and Datari Turner Productions. 

Previously, Long was at 51 Minds Entertainment working on such hit TV series as: Rock of Love, Charm School, America’s Smartest Model and Gotti’s Way. She has also held exec titles at BCII, and at Grosso Jacobson.
