Welcome to the entry form for FORMAGINATION at Realscreen West 2023. Please fill out the fields below and don’t forget to attach all supporting materials (two-minute video pitch, presentation deck) as you will not be able to go back and revise your entry form once submitted. Each submitter cannot submit more than two ideas per competition!

SECTION C - SUPPORTING MATERIALS
You may submit up to a maximum of 4 files, as follows: Presentation deck that walks us through your format concept and how it answers to the competition criteria (you can refer to criteria on the main competition page) Signed Development and Distribution Agreement. (please print and sign the document manually, or provide an Adobe digital signature in Adobe Reader - typed in signatures will not be accepted) Video pitch (optional). One supporting file with addition details on your project (optional). A minimum of two files must be submitted. The presentation deck AND the signed Development and Distribution Agreement is required. Failure to include these documents with your entry will make your pitch ineligible for the competition.
Presentation deck specifications: Word (.doc or .docx - two-page maximum), PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx), PDF.
Video Upload Specifications: File type: .mov or .mp4 file Frame Rate: max 30fps. Bitrate: 800kbits/sec. Quality: Best. Size: Maximum width 360px, regardless of aspect ratio Audio format: AAC Channels: Stereo or Mono. Rate: 44.1Khz Prepare for Internet Streaming: Fast Start, or Fast Start - Compressed Header As a guideline, this should produce videos that are less than 5MB per 30 seconds. Please do not upload files which exceed that guideline.
All other files: Word (.doc or .docx) or PDF.

SECTION D - TERMS & CONDITIONS
By filling and submitting this form, I (or we) hereby confirm that: I have read, understood and agreed to the FORMAGINATION rules and regulations I have read and understood the Development and Distribution Agreement and accept its terms, and have uploaded a signed copy of the agreement to this submission. I also acknowledge that this agreement only comes into effect should I become a finalist for the 2023 competition. I exclusively own all copyrights to the idea described above. I understand that in order to be eligible for the competition, I must prepare and present a fully formed presentation, including a verbal pitch in English, and an English presentation file (which can include video and audio elements). I acknowledge my need to be available for a Zoom session taking place between January/February, 2023 if selected as a semi-finalist for the competition. I acknowledge my need to be available for an in-person verbal pitch at Realscreen West 2023 in June should I become a finalist for the 2023 competition.
