Cat Rodriguez is Vice President, Unscripted Development and Programming, Lifetime.  Based in Los Angeles, Rodriguez is responsible for developing and overseeing non-fiction programming for the network.

Rodriguez, who joined Lifetime in 2019, currently oversees the groundbreaking, award winning series Supernanny which premiered its latest season in January, Little Women: Atlanta and Marrying Millions.     

A highly sought-after show-runner with over 20 years of experience in the unscripted space, Rodriguez began her career helping to mold some of MTV’s most seminal shows like Next, Date My Mom, Parental Control, and Bam’s Unholy Union. Rodriguez then went on to produce two stand-out seasons on the critically acclaimed LA Ink with Kat Von D, before producing The Real Housewives of New Jersey where she became known for her skillful and authentic storytelling abilities.  That show’s success lead to a wide variety of opportunities in many different genres including for Lifetime docuseries Little Women: LA and Seven Year Switch, competition series like Bravo’s Chef Academy and the Project Runway companion series Models of the Runway, comedic sitcoms USA’s Chrisley Knows Best, and bold new social experiments such as Bravo’s Stripped.
