Carolyn Gross is Director of Programming & Development, charged with developing new formats and talent, and overseeing the production of series, pilots and specials for Food Network, Cooking Channel and discovery+. Throughout her tenure at Food Network, Carolyn has led hit series and holiday tentpoles including Chopped, Holiday Baking Championship, Outrageous Pumpkins and Man Fire Food. Prior to joining Food Network, Carolyn worked in the Non-Scripted Television Department at WME in New York. Carolyn is an alumna of University of Pennsylvania and lives in the West Village.
