Luke Bauer serves as Vice President, Development and Production for CNBC Prime. In this role he has developed and overseen a variety of original unscripted series for the network, ranging from innovative reality formats to premium documentary series. Network EP credits have included The Profit, American Greed, Listing Impossible, Empires of New York, Restaurant Startup, and Blue Collar Millionaires, among others.
Prior to moving into development and production, Bauer managed the network’s acquired programming, helping to bring Shark Tank to primetime beginning in 2014.
Bauer earned his B.A. in English Literature and Language from Harvard University. He lives in Connecticut with his wife Moira, daughter Eva, and two rescue cockapoos, Puffy and Teddy.
