Speed Networking

Join us in the Delegate Lounge to be matched with attendees for four-minute speed meetings!  These networking sessions are designed for you to meet many like-minded potential partners in a short time period.

To enter the Virtual Delegate Lounge, follow these simple steps:

1. Be on a LAPTOP or a DESKTOP COMPUTER (the platform does not offer all interactive features on a mobile device) 
2. Use the most recent version of GOOGLE CHROME  
3. High Speed hard-lined Internet connection offers the best experience
4. Click on the Enter Delegate Lounge button below (this button appears on this page during the posted Speed Networking session times)
5. Allow the platform to access your computer’s camera and microphone  
6. Provide your credentials OR register if it’s your first time on the Airmeet platform.
   Be sure to use the same email addresses that you registered for Realsceen Live, so that
   the system recognizes you as an approved Premium passholder. 
7. Click "Enter event” (and follow prompts from there)

Alternatively, you can access the Delegate Lounge from your realXchange Event Home page.

To participate in Speed Networking:

• Click on the 'Start Networking' button near the top of the screen (it will appear at 1:15pm ET)  
• The system will randomly match you with other participating delegates. 4 minutes later the system will spin the wheel again and you’ll be matched with someone else.   
• At 1:45pm ET the Speed Networking 'Start Networking' button will disappear.
• Have fun!
