Our discounted room block at the Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa is now open. Reservations can be made here. 

Beware of third party booking agents!

Third-party booking organizations may attempt to contact our delegates, claiming that they represent Realscreen West and provide services for attendees to book their hotel guest rooms at the  Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa. These organizations are not legitimate and may be attempting to steal your personal and financial information.

These special rates will be offered based on hotel availability of the specific room category in the room block. The reservation cut-off date is officially Monday, May 11, 2020, however we recommend booking in advance to better your chances of securing a guest room at the host hotel.

** PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: ** 

All reservation requests must be guaranteed and accompanied with a deposit in the amount of the first night’s room and tax. The deposit can be in the form of a credit card, cash, or check. This deposit is non-refundable unless reservation is cancelled by 4:00pm three (3) weeks (21 days) prior to arrival, as per Realscreen West’s amended room block booking terms & conditions.

- The rate for a standard room is $239++ per night. Additional nights before and after the event are also available.

- All reservation requests must be guaranteed and accompanied with a deposit in the amount of the first night’s room and tax.

- Twenty-one (21) days prior to your check-in date, your credit card will be charged a 100% non-refundable deposit for your booking. Changes and cancellations will not be permitted after that date.

- Guest room reservations must be made under the registered delegate name. Names found on Realscreen West's hotel rooming list that are not registered for the event will have their rooms cancelled and removed from the Realscreen room block. This block is for REGISTERED Realscreen West attendees only.
