Tom Forman leads Critical Content as its Chief Executive Officer. He has received multiple Emmy and Peoples Choice Awards, the Peabody and Murrow Awards, NATPE's Innovator Award as well as landing multiple times on Variety’s Reality Impact Report and The Hollywood Reporter’s Reality TV Power List.

Before joining Critical, Forman ran Tom Forman Productions, an independent television production company within CBS Television Studios responsible for series including the award-winning and controversial social experiment Kid Nation. Forman previously worked with international television producer Endemol, where he created and produced the hit ABC show Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, which ran for 11 seasons.

Earlier in his career, Forman oversaw network, cable and syndicated series for CBS News, including a five-year stint on the long-running news magazine 48 Hours. In 2001 Forman was tapped to lead CBS News’ production of the documentary 9/11, for which he shared Emmy, Peabody, Edward R. Murrow and WGA awards.
