USA Network/Syfy

Jihoon Zun is the Director of Development & Current for USA Network and Syfy, and the newest member of its Alternative team.

Prior to NBCUniversal, Jihoon worked at VH1 and MTV in both the New York and Los Angeles offices over his 5 year span there, where he helped oversee shows like Scared Famous, Game of Clones, How Far is Tattoo Far, VH1! Live, and the hugely successful Love & Hip Hop franchise that not only broke ratings records but also continues to push the envelope through its diverse and topical storytelling.

He also worked on the multitude of specials and spinoffs that Love & Hip Hop produced, including Stevie & Joseline Go Hollywood, The Afterparty Live, K. Michelle: My Life, Dirty Little Secrets, Ray J and Princess’ Labor of Love, Love & Hip Hop Live: The Wedding, and the roundtable special LHH: Out in Hip Hop, the latter which was lauded for its honest and authentic discussion surrounding homophobia and LGBTQ issues in the hip hop community.

Born in South Korea and raised in Los Angeles where he is based, Jihoon got his start in television working in the casting department at Fox Broadcasting Company, and is a graduate of UC Berkeley.
