Alon Shtruzman, an executive producer, former FOX senior vice president and one of the founders of Israel’s multi-channel industry, has led Keshet International (KI) since its launch in 2012. Today, KI serves as a major worldwide creative and distribution force with offices worldwide; 120-plus scripted and non-scripted series across 200 countries including Prisoners of War (the original Israeli version of Primetime Emmy® Award-winner Homeland), False Flag and The A Word); a top-10 format business on par with companies many times larger; and a top-five exporter of formats, both globally and in Asia
KI’s portfolio includes seven local production and distribution hubs in addition to its Tel Aviv HQ– Keshet UK, Tresor in Germany, Keshet Asia in Hong Kong, Keshet India, as well as Keshet Studios and Keshet Films in the US – and a majority stake in Greenbird Media. KI offers original content developed and produced within this network of companies, as well as curated third-party IP. KI’s boutique catalogue of finished content and formats spans a broad range of scripted and non-scripted programming, including drama, comedy, entertainment, game shows, kids’ and factual.
Among KI’s most recent dramas drawing raves and awards at major festivals around the world are When Heroes Fly, Sleeping Bears, Autonomies and Stockholm. Additionally, it is co-producing with HBO an untitled drama and the comedy Fallet in development at Showtime, and continuing to see global success across all genres with series including the high-octane game shows BOOM! and The Search; successful talent shows Rising Star and Masters of Dance; the near-future reality competition series 2025; and international Emmy® Award-winning buddy comedy Traffic Light.
