Natalka Znak is co-founder and Chief Creative Officer for Znak&Jones.
With offices in London, LA and Atlanta, Znak&Jones is currently remaking the classic musical gameshow Name That Tune for ITV, has two unannounced pilots for Channel 4 and has projects in production and development with a number of US networks, including Fox, TLC, CMT and MTV. Additionally, the company has co-production partnerships with T Group Productions as well as Danish superstar Remee, and a distribution partnership with Sky Vision.
An award winning senior TV executive, Znak previously served as Chief Creative Officer and then Chief Executive Officer of Zodiak USA. Running production offices in both New York and Los Angeles she created and managed shows for History, Lifetime, A&E, OWN, TLC, Spike, CBS, NBC and ABC. Series included Secret Millionaire (ABC), Celebrity Wife Swap (ABC), truTV’s two highest rated series, Hardcore Pawn and Lizard Lick Towing, and the critically acclaimed Killer karaoke.
Prior to joining Zodiak, Znak served as Controller of Factual Entertainment for ITV Studios in London where she was responsible for creating and producing UK hits including I’m Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!, Hell’s Kitchen, and Love Island. She brought the first two formats to the States, producing the first seasons of Hell’s Kitchen for Fox as well as I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! for NBC.
While at ITV, she earned several awards for her work, including two BAFTA’s, Royal Television Society Awards, National Television Awards, and numerous Broadcast Awards.
Znak started her career in politics before moving onto current affairs and documentary programming.
