Mariana Flynn is Vice President of Non-Fiction Programming of Lifetime, where she is responsible for developing and overseeing production of such non-fiction projects as the network’s hitLittle Womenfranchise, includingLittle Women: LA,Little Women: NYandLittle Women: Terra’s Little Family.
Flynn joined Lifetime from TLC, where she was Vice President of Development. In this role, she headed development for TLC’s West Coast operations, having overseen such projects as Something Borrowed, Something New, Cheer Perfection, Gypsy Sisters and All-American Muslim, among others. She joined TLC in 2007 as Director of Development and Production.
Before that, Flynn was Director of Alternative & Specials for NBC Entertainment. There, she developed and/or managed production of programs for USA Network and Syfy, including Nashville Star, Ghost Hunters, Who Wants to be a Superhero? and Destination Truth. She began her career as Manager of Development at A. Smith & Company Productions, where she subsequently became Director of Development.
Flynn graduated summa cum laude with a BFA in Film & Television Production from Chapman University.
