Caroline Perez serves as Vice President, Production & Development for Destination America. She oversees production, develops new content and is part of the creative team behind the channel's programming initiatives. Perez reports directly to Marc Etkind, General Manager of Destination America.

In 2011, Perez joined Destination America as Director of Production & Development, developing and executive producing top performing series on the network including ‘Mountain Monsters,' 'Alaska Monsters' and ‘Railroad Alaska’.  Before joining Destination America, she worked as Director of Production for TLC, where she executive produced hit series ‘Four Weddings,’ 'Extreme Couponing' and ‘DC Cupcakes’. Prior to TLC, Perez served as the Director of Development & Production at VH1. She began her career in the Page Program at NBC.

Perez graduated with a degree in Film Studies from Wesleyan University and currently resides in New York City.
