David Stefanou is responsible for finding fresh, new unscripted series that align with WE tv’s slate, which includes Braxton Family Values, Kendra on Top and the hit Marriage Boot Camp franchise.

As SVP, programming at True Entertainment he oversaw Season 25: Oprah Behind the Scenes (OWN), Too Cute (Animal Planet) and The A List franchise (Logo), as well as series for Bravo, Discovery and TLC. He also led the company’s foray into scripted fare and oversaw unscripted development as VP, programming.

Stefanou also served as VP, original programming at Oxygen where he launched Hair Battle Spectacular, Love Games: Bad Girls Need Love Too, and Dance Your Ass Off, and oversaw continuing series Bad Girls Club, Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood and Snapped.

Stefanou held previous positions at MTV UK, Wendy Finerman Productions and Franklin & Siegel Associates.
