Leela Pon is Vice President of Original Programming and Series Development at E! Entertainment, where she oversees the network’s popular series, #RichKids of Beverly Hills and the hit plastic surgery series Botched. Pon is also overseeing the Lance Bass Wedding Special set to air this February.

Furthermore, Pon helps to head up the team that develops new unscripted TV formats and works with talent to create new hit shows. She has been integral in developing and overseeing several E! series including Chelsea Lately, Eric and Jessie, After Lately, Hello Ross, Bridalplasty, and Dr. 90210 among others. She also oversaw the successful Britney Spears documentary, I Am Britney Jean for E!.

Prior to joining E! Entertainment in 2007, Pon began her early career at The CW, 20th Century Fox Television and Dick Clark Productions.

Leela graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism and Communications from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona.
