Vasha heads up global acquisitions and development. Working with FremantleMedia's worldwide network of production companies,  identifying programme opportunities, and building and maintaining relationships with producers and format owners.

Vasha has been across the acquisition, development and international roll out of a number of international hit formats including acquiring the successful Japanese Fuji format and YouTube sensation Hole in the Wall- FremantleMedia's fastest ever format roll out - as well as being involved with a raft of other shows including: Project Runway, Farmer Wants a Wife, Thank God You're Here and The Apprentice.
