As Pop’s VP of Development, Surovell handles both development and current series, playing an instrumental role in the network's entire slate of original programming: Rock this Boat: New Kids on the Block, Queens of Drama, Sing it On, Easiest Game Show Ever and Nightcap. Prior to Pop, she served as the Executive Director of Development at Shed Media US where she helped develop, sell and produce several shows, such as: Basketball Wives, Dogs in the City, Hollywood Exes, & The Marriage Ref.
