Hayley Dickson currently serves as the Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for the North American branch of FremantleMedia’s Global Content Group.  Her responsibilities include acquisition of both scripted and non-scripted content for international distribution, across both linear television and digital platforms.   She also manages first-look relationships and overall partnerships, as well as overseeing new business development.  Recent acquisitions include Project Runway: Under the Gunn, XOX, Betsey Johnson, The Sixties, Lindsay, Full Circle, Catching Hell, Real Girl’s Kitchen, The Art Of…

In addition, she was responsible for signing a first-look deal with Hulu for international distribution rights for Hulu’s original programming – a first of its kind deal for an online video company.   She also manages a two-year output deal with the premiere US digital studio Vuguru, and most recently signed an overall partnership with Young Hollywood, one of the world’s largest producers of exclusive celebrity programming.

Prior to joining FremantleMedia in 2011, Hayley was the Manager of Acquisitions for Shine International where she established the Acquisitions Department and oversaw all new business initiatives.
