Combate Americas

Campbell McLaren is the CEO of Combate Americas, Inc., the first Hispanic MMA sports franchise that features reality TV, Pay Per View, live events, and mobile programming.

McLaren also serves as the media consultant for The Hispanic Institute, the Washington D.C. based organization dedicated to "an informed and empowered Hispanic America."

McLaren created and executive produced the first bilingual talk show, TuNite con Lorenzo Parro (Telemundo NY 47) and HBO's first Hispanic comedy special, Comedy Salsa.

He is widely known as the creator of the mega-hit sports franchise, The UFC. In addition he has produced a variety of television programming, including large-scale event specials like Paul McCartney's Tribute to Linda (VH1), and doc and reality series such as BET's The Iron Ring, and TruTV's The Wrong Man.

McLaren founded the college-focused media company, Zilo Networks, which became the nation's largest dorm-room television network and launched the hugely popular website CollegeHumor.com.
